Step One - Enquiry.

Submit your enquiry for the Range you're interested in. Please be sure to answer all questions accurately as this helps us process your request efficiently. Our friendly team will aim to respond same day, but it can take 24 to 48 business hours. You’ll swiftly receive a detailed Provisional Quote, complete with everything you need to confidently take the next Wise Steps!

Step Two - Design Visit.

Our knowledgeable Design expert (not a salesperson!) will visit you to create a stunning tailored 3D CAD Design with you. We will measure your space with pinpoint accuracy ready for manufacture and provide you with a finely tuned and detailed Final Quotation for your consideration. You will have the opportunity to book in your project at the end of our visit to secure a close date that suits you best.

Step Three - Booking.

Once your Final Quotation and Design sketch are complete, we’ll offer you an installation date. We aim to install your project in just one incredibly efficient and tidy day! All of our units are custom made in our beautiful workshop, delivered to your door and installed by our amazing team. Making the entire process  fast, smooth, and hassle free! How clever is that!

Step Four - Install Day!

The moment you’ve been waiting for… Install Day! We aim to install your new furniture in just one day! For larger installations, an extra day may be needed but we will let you know in advance if this is the case. Once your installation is complete, we’ll leave you in peace to enjoy your brand new, beautifully designed set of Under Stair Storage. Best of all, you can relax knowing it’s backed by a 3-Year Guarantee on all mechanical parts. Not just clever, but Wise.

We do everything! Custom CAD designs, wall removal, local manufacturing with genuine craftsmanship and all with a service you can trust and rely on. We make everything from scratch, and certainly do not offer simple 'flat packed' solutions that do not utilise your entire space, let alone your style... What materials do we use?

We use only premium, thick, and rigid sheet materials to ensure your Under Stairs Storage units are built for exceptional strength and durability. You’ll have a range of high-quality options to choose from, including Moisture-Resistant (MR) MDF, stylish pre-finished melamine's, and even solid oak for a truly standout, luxurious finish. How does payment work?

Our payment plan is super simple! Two easy payments. Once we have your Final sketches and Quote in place, to secure your installation will require a 50% payment of the total amount. Once your Under Stair Storage is perfectly installed and you're thrilled with the result, the final 50% will be required. Simplicity is key. If you require finance, it's best to seek this out yourself such as credit cards or loans.

What areas do you cover?

We proudly serve most of Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex, with a strong focus on the Ipswich area and surrounding towns. Much of our work is carried out in and around Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Kesgrave, Martlesham, Rushmere St Andrew, Tuddenham St Martin, Henley, Ashbocking, Otley, Claydon, Great Blakenham, Stowmarket, Colchester, and even Norwich to name just a few. What if I have meters under my stairs?

No problem at all! Our Under Stairs Storage units are carefully designed to work with your home, not against it. Our expert design team will take precise measurements and plan around any meters, pipes, or service points, ensuring nothing is obstructed. In short, there's virtually nothing we can't accommodate. We also make sure you'll have easy future access to essential services. Whether it’s a meter or pipework, we’ll show you exactly how to access it through simple, user friendly features built right into the design.
