Does it cost to submit an enquiry?
Absolutely not. We will never charge you a penny for a Provisional/Guide Quote.
What if I can't see a design I like?
No problem, If you tell us the style that most reflects your vision, we can make a design to suit your needs.
What's the wait time?
Once you submit your Enquiry, we aim to get back to your within one to two working days which will include your tailored Provisional Quote. Our lead time for the final installation is based on our current demand. As a general rule of thumb, our lead time typically hovers between 1-3 months from the point of your enquiry to your Under Stair Storage being installed. If you're in a hurry, let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
Can I cancel my Design Visit?
Of course, you can cancel a booked in Design Visit via email or phone call. We would hate to miss the opportunity to see and work with you on your project but we also understand a simple change of mind.
